Each Spring the Plymouth Democratic Town Committee accepts student applications from the Terryville High School Guidance Department to review and select 1 or more candidates to be presented will a small scholarship offering to assist with their future efforts. The 2023 PDTC Scholarships were awarded to Savannah Jones & Gary Kozikowski. We wish them both all the best!
