She is active in many community groups and roles, and although she and her husband, John, have lived here for years, they are excited to have decided that Plymouth is truly their forever home. “John and I recently ended our search for the perfect retirement location, deciding that home is best, right here in Plymouth, where we have great neighbors, amenities within walking distance, and many friends.”

In recent years, Rugh saw her interest rekindled in both public service and in political causes near to her heart, and she joined the DTC six years ago.
